365jlph Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

By accessing the 365jlph website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager through the 365jlph platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification. These Terms apply to all users of 365jlph, whether registered or browsing as a guest.

If you are accessing 365jlph on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms — though in practice, 365jlph only permits individual accounts held and operated by the person who registered. Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

365jlph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of 365jlph after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and use 365jlph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm legal minimum for online gaming participation in the Philippines, and 365jlph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 365jlph, its parent companies, affiliates, or technology suppliers.
• You must not currently hold another active 365jlph account or have had a previously terminated account unless written reinstatement has been granted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion request that remains active on the 365jlph platform.

365jlph does not knowingly permit minors to access the platform. If you become aware that a minor is using the platform, please contact support immediately at support@365jlph.net.

Each eligible person may hold one 365jlph account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 365jlph account credentials. This includes your password, any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number, and any additional authentication methods applied to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Do not access your 365jlph account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of 365jlph when using a shared or public device.
• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Contact 365jlph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

365jlph is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any transaction completed using your login details will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to 365jlph support before the transaction was completed.

Your account is for personal entertainment use only. Accounts used for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, as part of any coordination scheme, or through automated scripts are prohibited under these Terms.

365jlph is required under Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. To complete KYC, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., national ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, PRC card, or voter's ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• A selfie holding your submitted ID document, if requested.
• Documentation supporting the source of funds, if requested during enhanced due diligence.

Documents must be valid, clear, and fully legible. Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will be rejected. 365jlph will process submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will not be approved until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory to the 365jlph compliance team.

All financial transactions on 365jlph are conducted in Philippine peso (PHP). Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including transfers from accounts belonging to family members — are not accepted and will be returned subject to applicable processing fees.

Deposits: Available payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are displayed in the 365jlph cashier at the time of each transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account held in your own name that has been approved during the KYC process. 365jlph will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier. Withdrawal times may vary depending on the payment method, volume of requests, and any additional verification requirements triggered by the transaction.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• 365jlph reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.
• Funds deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to a review process before withdrawal to prevent abuse.
• 365jlph is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient financial institution.

All games and betting markets available on 365jlph are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or event interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. 365jlph will settle wagers in accordance with the published rules in effect at the time the wager was placed.

General wagering conditions applicable across all 365jlph games and markets include:

• Bets placed after the official close of a betting window will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or event, 365jlph will investigate and settle the wager based on the available recorded data from the relevant system or arena partner.
• Wagers placed using funds that were obtained through fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment methods, or account abuse may be voided and the associated account closed.
• 365jlph reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and to limit or restrict wagering by any account at its discretion, particularly where patterns of irregular play are identified.
• Stake amounts are final once confirmed. Accidental or mistaken bets will not be reversed after the betting window has closed.

From time to time, 365jlph may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentive programmes to eligible registered players. Each promotion will be subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is announced. These specific promotion terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses in these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all 365jlph bonuses:

• Bonus funds and free plays are credited to eligible accounts only and are non-transferable.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• One promotion per account, household, IP address, or device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 365jlph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if abuse, technical error, or other irregularity is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 365jlph. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Creating or operating more than one 365jlph account.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access by any other person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system loopholes for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate event outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Using 365jlph for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Accessing 365jlph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.

365jlph is committed to responsible gaming. Online gaming on the 365jlph platform is intended to be a form of entertainment for eligible adults. It should never be treated as a primary income source, a financial strategy, or a means of resolving debts or financial difficulties.

365jlph provides the following tools directly within every account to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict how much you can fund your account in a given period.
• Session reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you of how long your current session has been active.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend wagering access for a period you choose, without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 365jlph platform if you feel that you have lost control of your gaming behaviour. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the full duration of the exclusion period.

By registering for an account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the 365jlph Privacy Policy as it applies to your personal data.

365jlph may share your data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365jlph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or from gaming losses.

Specifically, 365jlph accepts no liability for:

• Gaming losses incurred through the use of the platform, whether as a result of decisions made by the player or outcomes of wagered events.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or service downtime that prevent access to the platform or cause wagers to be delayed.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including e-wallets and banks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 365jlph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

365jlph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account poses a compliance risk, or that continued access would be contrary to applicable law.

Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 8, failing to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe, or using the platform in a manner that places unusual or suspicious patterns of transactions on the account.

You may close your own 365jlph account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within a reasonable period. Any qualifying balance remaining after the closure request is processed will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

365jlph may update these Terms at any time. When substantive changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Where the changes are material — for example, affecting payment conditions, wagering rules, or player rights — 365jlph will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account.

Your continued use of 365jlph after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms and all use of the 365jlph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between you and 365jlph arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the 365jlph support team. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Game result disputes must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event. 365jlph will investigate using recorded system data and the official declaration from the relevant game or arena partner. The outcome of that investigation shall be final.
